To register and maintain an Account on Raja88JP, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for as long as you hold an Account:
Registering an Account while ineligible — including underage registration — is a serious breach of these Terms. Raja88JP will close such accounts, void all associated wagers and winnings, and return deposits where legally required. We report suspected underage gambling to the relevant authorities where applicable.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on Raja88JP only. Duplicate or multi-account registrations are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You must keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your Account.
Raja88JP reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed the standard KYC verification. Raja88JP is entitled to place a hold on your Account and Balance until verification is complete. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Raja88JP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Raja88JP supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000. Withdrawal minimums and maximums may differ and are displayed at the point of request within your Account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted for VIP members under separate arrangements.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts and on a priority same-day basis for Gold tier and above VIP members, subject to completion of KYC verification. Raja88JP reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding RM5,000 per transaction. Withdrawals will only be paid to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit into the same Account, subject to method availability.
Funds deposited via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX and online banking transfers are generally credited within 5–15 minutes. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to third-party system maintenance.
Raja88JP is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay withdrawals, or report suspicious transactions to the relevant financial authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering laws. Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to Raja88JP's sportsbook rules and applicable market-specific rules. In-play bets are accepted at the sportsbook's discretion. Raja88JP reserves the right to void any bet placed on an incorrectly priced market or as a result of a system error.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure during a game session, Raja88JP reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Where funds have been deducted in error, they will be restored to the affected Account. Raja88JP's decision on matters relating to technical errors is final.
If you believe that a game result is incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of the disputed round via the live chat or by email at [email protected]. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. Raja88JP's determination following investigation shall be final and binding.
The following actions are expressly prohibited on Raja88JP and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
Raja88JP employs advanced fraud detection technology. Suspicious Account activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by our compliance team. Any confirmed breach of this clause will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds in the Account pending review.
All content on the Raja88JP Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical user interface, game assets, text, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of Raja88JP or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of Raja88JP.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raja88JP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided therein. This includes, without limitation, any gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to reputation.
Raja88JP provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own devices.
In circumstances constituting Force Majeure, Raja88JP shall be released from its obligations under this Agreement for the duration of the Force Majeure event. Where this results in a game round being interrupted, affected wagers will be handled in accordance with Clause 7 of this Agreement.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Unclaimed funds remaining in a closed account will be held for a period of 90 days, after which they may be forfeited if not claimed.
Raja88JP reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated due to a breach by the player, Raja88JP may withhold and forfeit the Account's balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Raja88JP will make reasonable efforts to return confirmed real-money deposits where no breach has been identified.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your Raja88JP experience, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or email. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
For complaints relating to specific game outcomes, betting market settlement, or account actions, please provide as much detail as possible, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant transaction, and any relevant screenshots or transaction references.
Raja88JP's final decision on any complaint shall be communicated in writing. Decisions are made in good faith and with reference to the applicable Game Rules, these Terms and Conditions, and available evidence. Where a player remains dissatisfied following Raja88JP's final decision, they may seek recourse through the dispute resolution mechanism available under the applicable licensing authority.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raja88JP holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described in Clause 12 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body as designated by the applicable licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause shall limit Raja88JP's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in respect of a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement.
Raja88JP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
The version of these Terms displayed on this page at any given time constitutes the current, binding version applicable to all active Accounts. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
